A little bit about me...
Hello, my name is Helen. I am a freelance massage therapist offering personally tailored massage treatments from my therapy room at The Old Church business centre, Swallownest, Sheffield.
The massage I offer is intended to relax and de-stress allowing you to make some me-time and switch off from the pressures of daily life.
I qualified as a massage therapist in 2006 with an Itec Diploma in Holistic Body Massage and Anatomy and Physiology. I have since studied Indian Head Massage and Stress Management Massage. I am a fully qualified Aromatherapist and Reiki Healer.
My Philosophy
My approach to massage is an holistic one. I believe that mind and body are connected and the state of one affects the other. Hence each client is treated as an individual and a full consultation is carried out prior to the treatment to ascertain their needs and also rule out any contraindications.
